By accessing, using, or purchasing from Suyeun Art, you agree to the following terms.

General
All content on this website, including artwork images, photographs, text, graphics, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to Suyeun Art and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, used commercially, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

Purchases
All sales of original artwork are final sale, except where otherwise required by law or where a resolution is provided under our Return & Refund Policy for artwork damaged in transit.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Suyeun Art reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary. If an order is canceled by Suyeun Art before fulfillment, the customer will receive a full refund for the canceled purchase.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery
Local pickup is available by appointment and is encouraged for original artwork whenever practical.

We also offer complimentary local delivery throughout the Phoenix metro area. Customers may inspect the artwork at the time of pickup or delivery, including its condition, texture, color, and scale. Once the artwork has been received and accepted, the sale is considered final.

Shipping
Original artwork is carefully prepared and packaged for shipment. Shipping carriers and services are selected based on the size, destination, cost, and handling requirements of each artwork.

Suyeun Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, if artwork is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so that we can review the situation and assist with the applicable carrier or shipping claim process.

Artwork Appearance
We make every reasonable effort to represent artwork accurately online. However, colors, texture, scale, and appearance may vary slightly between digital images and the physical artwork due to photography, lighting, individual screen settings, and the handmade nature of original works.

Intellectual Property & Reproduction Rights
Purchasing an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, and other intellectual property rights remain with Suyeun Lee unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement.

The purchaser may display and later resell the physical artwork but may not reproduce, license, distribute, or commercially exploit images of the artwork without written permission.

Certificates of Authenticity
Original artworks sold directly by Suyeun Art may include a signed Certificate of Authenticity identifying the artist, artwork, medium, dimensions, and other relevant provenance information.

Commission Inquiries
Suyeun Lee is not currently accepting commissions on a regular basis, but select commission proposals may be considered. Submission of a commission inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of the project.
