By accessing or purchasing from Suyeun Art, you agree to the following terms.

General All content on this website — including images, text, and artwork — is the intellectual property of Suyeun Art and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Purchases All sales of original paintings are final. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery Local pickup is available and encouraged. We also offer free local delivery within the Maricopa area. Customers are responsible for inspecting artwork at the time of pickup or delivery. Once the artwork leaves our hands and is accepted, it is considered received in its current condition.

Shipping For shipped orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for damage claims.

Intellectual Property Purchasing an original painting does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All rights remain with the artist unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
