All original paintings sold through Suyeun Art are final sale. Due to the fragile and heavyweight nature of original artwork, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery (Recommended) We strongly encourage local pickup for all original paintings. This allows you to inspect the artwork in person — examining condition, texture, color, and scale — before completing your purchase. Any concerns can be addressed on the spot, ensuring you leave fully confident in your acquisition.

We also offer free local delivery within the Maricopa area. Delivered paintings will be handed to you directly, allowing for in-person inspection at the time of delivery. Once the artwork is received and accepted, the sale is considered final.

Shipping & Damaged Items For orders that require shipping, we take every precaution to package artwork securely. However, in the rare event that a painting arrives damaged in transit, please:

  • Document the damage with clear photographs immediately upon receipt
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [freshsean@gmail.com]
  • Retain all original packaging materials

We will review each case individually and work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include filing a shipping carrier claim on your behalf. We cannot guarantee refunds for carrier-related damage but are committed to handling each situation with care and transparency.
