Suyeun Lee is a Korean-born artist based in Arizona whose symbolic contemporary paintings explore human connection, belonging, and the quiet relationship between humanity and the world around us.

Her recent Canyon Collection reimagines canyon forms as symbols of feminine strength, shelter, and the passage of time. To evoke the layered history of the earth, she incorporates ceramic stucco into these works, allowing texture itself to reflect weathered soil and the quiet resilience of nature.
