Suyeun & the team strive to deliver exceptional art with an equally impressive service. Here’s how we handle shipping:

  • Global Shipping: We ship our artworks worldwide using trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Estafeta, LineExpress, and Paquetexpress.
  • Processing Times:
    • Original artworks and custom pieces are typically packed within 2-3 days and should arrive within 1-2 weeks. Every piece is special & may require different packaging to ensure safe transport.
    • Print-on-demand items, such as limited edition prints, are shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all our items. This cost is included in the item price to ensure a straightforward and transparent checkout process.
  • Packaging: All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, ready to add artistic value to your space.

Returns Policy

We want you to love the art you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. Here’s our returns policy:

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your artwork to contact us for a return.
  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Initiating a Return: Please reach out to us at freshsean@gmail.com to start the return process. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Accepted Returns: We’ll inspect your return once we receive it and notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the shipment immediately. If there’s a problem with the item (damaged during transport, incorrect item, etc.), contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Please note that custom orders, perishable goods, and personal care items are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
